BREAKING: Buhari Returns Today

"PRESIDENT Muhammadu Buhari is returning to the country today, after receiving medical attention in London.

The President had left the country on May 7, this year, after handing over power to Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, who has functioned as Acting President since then.

President Buhari is expected to speak to Nigerians in a broadcast by 7 a.m on Monday, August 21, 2017, according to Mr Femi Adesina, the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, made this known on his Facebook page

Adesina said Buhari thanked all Nigerians who have prayed ceaselessly for his recovery and well-being since the beginning of the health challenge in January this year."

The president is set to return after over 100 days in London for medical treatment.

It would be recalled that President Buhari on Thursday granted audience to Senate President Bukola Saraki and Speaker Yakubu Dogara who visited him at the Abuja House in London.
    More so, Senate President Bukola Saraki said he “confidently looks forward” to President Buhari’s “imminent return home”.

   So finally our long awaited President is returning after a long time of being away from home for health treatment.
