Jessie James Decker explains why she and husband Eric Decker schedule sex

Jessie James Decker always makes time for intimacy.

Between taking care of her two toddlers, her busy country music career and working around her husband's football schedule, making time for sex is difficult.

"Life gets really crazy with kids and schedules are hard, but couples need to be intimate," Decker told Us Weekly.

"We plan these nights," the country singer revealed. "I'll send him a message and be like, 'Babe, it's on tonight!'"

The 28-year-old also said she and her New York Jets wide receiver husband Eric Decker go on weekly date nights.

"We try to have a babysitter at least once a week...we’ll go to a bar and have a steak together or see a movie," she said. "You have to find that time to connect with your partner."

The pair got married in 2013. They have a daughter, Vivianne Rose Decker, 2, and a son Eric Thomas Decker II, 1.
